We look for guys who are outgoing, approachable, and great at keeping the energy up. As a Gent, you’ll be the life of the party: playing music, leading games, passing out towels, drinks and snacks, and keeping the vibe fun.
Other activities would include helping with sunscreen, firing up the grill, snapping pics (and jumping in a few), or tidying up so the host can relax.
A clean, polished look, and team-player attitude are a must, but more than anything, we want you to enjoy yourself while helping others have a great time. If you bring good vibes, confidence, and reliability, the rest comes naturally.
